Life is a wonderful adventure for me, it contains unpredictability, also has great views and throws me curve balls. I love this picture because it shows the opposing states of dim versus bright, this is how life works for me – going from limited vision to inspiring myself and others.
I want to share my most recent idea course, I had all aspects planned already and just needed to finalise one creative aspect. It drove me nuts, I did not feel connected to the options I had before me and I got more and more anxious. I felt so overwhelmed that I decided to take a break and cleaned my home, I took care of some errands and watched a movie or two.
This break served me up with a clear state of mind, where I had forgotten all about my expectation of things working out my way, and I received support I needed as well as the right solution.
I have learned from this, that feeling overwhelmed is a natural state of being, and we all would prefer feeling wonderful, so letting go is my new reminder.
